7 into 52 Definitely Does Go !! 7 Days a Week, 52 Weeks a Year, our engineers Go out to breakdowns, where and when you require. We operate under a response time scenario which is logged and monitored and all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to while our engineers are on your premises.

Water Filters
Coffee is 98.4% Water Scale, Taste and Odour will affect the quality of coffee in the cup. Brita Professional Water Filters are specifically designed for Espresso Machines, so they are a nutural choice for us. Water filters are fitted to all machines and changed annually during a major service.
PSSR Testing
I bet you didn’t know. But We Do. Every 14 Months you are required by law to have any equipment you own that produces pressurised steam, tested and certified. Don’t worry, as part of your annual major service we will test and certify your equipment, keeping you safe and letting you do what you do best, The Perfect Espresso.
PAT Testing
Its Not the Law, but it is good practice. All Electrical Equipment must be maintained in safe condition (That’s the Law) However we believe in a belt and braces approach to safety, so any portable appliance that we maintain will be PAT tested and certified during the annual major service visit and after any repairs.
